Barecat Body Care Essentials came to PixelNamics with an existing Shopify store — and a familiar problem. The store existed. Customers were arriving. But sales weren't consistent, and the numbers weren't reflecting the quality of the products behind them.

Full Store Redesign

We rebuilt Barecat Body from the ground up — mobile-first, conversion-led, and emotionally resonant. Every page was redesigned with the customer journey at the center: who Leslie's buyer is, what they need to hear before they purchase, and how the store needed to speak to them.

Product pages were rewritten to lead with benefits and build trust. The homepage was restructured to orient new visitors quickly and move returning customers to checkout. Brand voice, visual hierarchy, and call-to-action placement were all aligned to one outcome — conversion.

02 Stage 04 · Traffic Engine

SEO Content Strategy

A consistent blog content strategy was built and executed around the ingredients, benefits, and education behind Barecat Body's products. Each article was SEO-optimized to capture organic search traffic — bringing in buyers actively searching for what Leslie sells.

Over time, this created a compounding traffic engine. New content drove new sessions. Returning readers became customers. The store stopped being dependent on social media spikes and started building sustainable, owned traffic.

Email Flow Automation

Three core automations were built and activated: abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, and a welcome sequence. Each flow was written in Barecat Body's voice — warm, educational, and product-focused.

These flows turned one-time buyers into returning customers — driving the 17.09% returning customer rate and a 174% improvement in repeat purchases. The store was working and earning revenue even when Leslie wasn't actively running campaigns.
