The other half wrote back asking what was in it, what made it different, why they should care. Same list. Same product. Two completely different people, and I'd only ever built for one of them.
That gap became The Buyer Signal. It's also the same gap I watch founder after founder fall into, because it was never a traffic problem. It's a communication problem, and once you can see it, you can't unsee it.
