The Buyer Signal · A communication styles course
Your store has four buyers. It's built for one.
A communication styles course for Shopify founders. Learn the four ways your customers take in information and decide, find out which ones your store is losing, and speak to every one of them.

You wrote your store for the person in your head.
Every founder does. You picture someone while you write, and that someone shops a lot like you.
That person decides the way you do.
Fast or slow. Head or heart. Every headline, photo and button got filtered through your own buying brain. That bias is invisible to you and loud to your customers.
Your customers don't all decide that way.
Some need the bottom line in eight seconds. Some need the feeling to land. Some read everything and come back three times. Some need to know who you are before they buy anything.
The ones you miss stay quiet.
They don't complain. They don't email. They land, don't find what they need, and leave. Compliments come from the buyer you built for. Silence comes from everyone else.
The Buyer Signal teaches you to speak to all four.
Four buyers. Two questions.
Every customer has a communication style, and it comes down to two questions.
- How fast does she decide?
- Fastin seconds or minutes
- Slowover days or weeks
- What makes the call?
- Headproof and facts
- Heartfeeling and trust
One answer from each, and you get four buyers.
-
Tabatha
Fast · Head“What’s the bottom line?”
She decides in under a minute. Outcome, price and proof, in that order, or she’s gone.
-
Zara
Fast · Heart“Do I feel this right now?”
She buys on the feeling. If the page breaks the mood she found you in, the moment closes.
-
Nadia
Slow · Head“Prove it.”
She reads everything and comes back three to five times. Vague claims lose her for good.
-
Amaris
Slow · Heart“Who are you?”
She goes to your About page first. Once she trusts you, she stays for years and brings her friends.
They’re modes, not four different women. The same customer shops like Tabatha for printer ink and like Nadia for a $58 serum.
That’s a communication style: how she takes in information in that moment. Your niche stays exactly where it is. The course changes how you speak to it.
Five modules. One system.
Each one builds on the last. Go at your own pace.
The Foundation
The two questions behind every buying decision, the four buyers they create, and the uncomfortable part: figuring out which buyer you are, because that’s who your store was built for.
The Four Buyers
Each buyer in depth. How she thinks, what she’s afraid of, how she moves through your store, how to spot her in your analytics and reviews, and the words that win or lose her.
The Signal Audit
Twenty questions, five per buyer, scored against your live store. You walk out knowing which buyer you serve best, which one you’re ignoring, and the single fix to make first.
The Playbook
The 7-Layer Product Page, which buyer to lead with on each channel, the customer journey for all four, and a four-week email rotation. One system that serves everyone without four versions of everything.
The Integration
How the Buyer Signal runs through every stage of Pixel to Profits, so it stops being a framework you learned and becomes the way you run your store.
Notice. Score. Sequence.
The course moves in the same order you’ll use on your store. You learn the buyers, you measure your store against them, then you fix what’s missing in the right order.
- 01
Find your own signal
Two questions tell you which buyer you are. That answer explains most of your store, because you built it in your own buying language without meaning to.
- Your Signal Speed: fast or slow
- Your Signal Driver: head or heart
- The buyer your store already serves
- 02
Score your store
Open your store in one tab and the Signal Audit in the other. Score all twenty questions against what a buyer actually sees today, not the store you plan to build.
- A score out of 10 for each buyer
- Your dominant buyer and your buried one
- Your analytics read through the four buyers
- 03
Fix one buyer at a time
Lowest score first. One fix, one page, one buyer, then thirty days to measure before you touch the next one. Sequence beats redesign.
- A Priority Action Plan with your first fix
- The 7-Layer Product Page to build from
- A rhythm you can repeat every quarter
The toolkit
- The Signal Audit, your scored diagnostic
- The Copy Swipe File
- The buyer ID Cards
- The 7-Layer Checklist
Is this for you?
Let’s be real about fit before you spend a dollar.
This is for you if
- 01
Your store is live and getting traffic, but people compliment it more than they buy from it.
- 02
You write your own product pages, emails or captions, and you want to know who you’re actually writing to.
- 03
You’ve tried new photos, new copy and a sale, and none of it moved the numbers.
- 04
You want a system you can run yourself, on your own schedule.
- 05
You’re willing to score your store honestly, even when the answer stings a little.
This is not for you if
- 01
You’re hoping to find a brand new audience. This course helps you speak to the customers you already attract.
- 02
You want someone to do the work for you. That’s The Merchant Studio.
- 03
Your store isn’t live yet. You can learn the framework, but the Signal Audit needs a real store to score.
- 04
You want quick hacks. This works in thirty-day cycles, one buyer at a time.

Questions, answered
Before you start.
What do you mean by a communication styles course?
A communication style is how someone takes in information and makes a decision. Some people want the bottom line fast, some need to feel it, some need proof, and some need to trust you first. The Buyer Signal maps those four styles onto how people shop, so your product pages, emails and ads speak each one’s language.
Is this about finding new customers?
No. Your niche stays the same. You learn to speak more fluently to the customer you already have, because she shows up in a different style depending on what she’s buying and how much it costs.
How long does it take?
Each module runs between about an hour and three hours, and it’s self-paced, so you can take one a week or finish over a weekend. The real work starts after: one fix, measured for thirty days, then the next.
Do I need a Shopify store?
The examples, the Signal Audit and the checklists are built around Shopify stores. You’ll get the most from it with a live store you can score.
Where does the framework come from?
It builds on nearly a century of communication style research, most directly Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg’s work on how people buy online. The personas, the Signal Audit, the 7-Layer Product Page and the Playbook are original to PixelNamics.
What if I want help applying it?
Book a call. We’ll look at where your store is and figure out which path fits you best.
Four buyers are already on your store. Meet them.
