Updated Monthly Retainer Policy – 2026

At PixelNamics, we believe in flexibility and transparency. As of 2026, all clients engaging in our Monthly Retainer Plan will enjoy a month-to-month agreement, no long-term commitments required.

This means:

• No minimum duration: Whether you're a new or returning client, you can start your retainer as needed.
• Simple billing: You'll be billed monthly with the option to renew or cancel with advance notice.
• 30-day cancellation notice: For clients on month-to-month status, we require at least 30 days written notice via email to cancel your monthly retainer. You will be billed for this final 30-day period following your cancellation request, ensuring active work is completed and deliverables are handed off cleanly.
• Accessible support: Get ongoing Shopify services, marketing strategy, and ecommerce optimization without locking into long-term contracts.

If you have a signed contract with specific terms, this policy does not apply. Your contract terms govern cancellation, not this month-to-month policy. Refer to your agreement for the exact details.
