It means we build together — stage by stage. At each stage of the Pixel to Profits™ framework, you complete your strategy inputs and decisions. We build accordingly. Neither side advances until both are ready. This ensures you understand the store we're building — and can run it confidently after your Inauguration.
Submit your application — it takes less than 5 minutes. We review within 24 hours and reach out to schedule your Merchant Diagnostic call. On that call we assess your brand, goals, and product — and confirm the Studio is the right fit. If it is, we lock in your start date and you're officially a Studio Merchant.
The Studio runs 6–8 weeks from your Merchant Strategy Intensive to your Merchant Inauguration. Timeline depends on how quickly you complete your stage inputs. The faster you move through your stages, the faster we build yours.
You need a product (physical or digital), a Shopify account or willingness to start one, and a general idea of who you're selling to. You don't need a brand, a logo, or existing sales — that's what the Strategy Intensive is for. Come as you are. We build from there.
In the Academy ($7,500), you build your store yourself using our framework, community, and monthly group coaching. In the Studio, we build your store alongside you — a fully done-with-you experience with a dedicated half-day VIP Strategy Intensive, your personal Merchant Studio portal, and weekly updates from our team throughout the build.
We take a maximum of 3 Merchants per build cycle. This is intentional — your Studio experience demands our full attention and we don't dilute that. Applications are reviewed in the order received. If the current cycle is full, you'll be placed on the waitlist for the next one.
