The DFY is for product-based founders whose time is too valuable to be involved in the build process. You have a product, a vision, and the investment — and you want an expert team to handle everything else. You show up for the Strategy Intensive, review milestones, and arrive at your Inauguration. That's your level of involvement.
In the Studio ($15,000), you're an active participant — you complete the strategy and decisions at each stage, we build accordingly. You learn the framework as we go. In the DFY, we handle everything from strategy through launch. Your involvement is minimal — you review and approve. You also get four exclusive DFY deliverables: a full brand style guide, win-back + VIP loyalty flows, an ad campaign starter pack, and a 30-day social content calendar.
Minimal. Your main time investment is the half-day Strategy Intensive at the start — that's where we extract everything we need to build on your behalf. After that, plan for brief review moments at key milestones. Weekly build updates keep you informed without requiring your active involvement. Most DFY clients spend fewer than 5 hours total outside the Strategy Intensive.
You need a product (physical or digital), a Shopify account or willingness to start one, and a general idea of who you're selling to. You don't need a brand, a logo, existing sales, or any technical knowledge — that's our job entirely. Come with your product and your vision. We handle the rest from the Strategy Intensive forward.
6–8 weeks from your Strategy Intensive to your Inauguration. Because we're not waiting on stage inputs from you the way the Studio does, the DFY timeline is more predictable and moves efficiently. We handle all five Pixel to Profits stages and present milestone reviews along the way.
Yes — that's exactly what the store playbook is for. At your Inauguration we hand you a complete operational guide: how to add products, run sales, read analytics, manage email flows, and everything else you need day to day. You don't learn the framework during the build — but you walk away knowing exactly how to operate the result.
We take a maximum of 3 clients per build cycle across all three offers combined. The DFY demands our full attention and we don't dilute that. Applications are reviewed in the order received — if the current cycle is full, you'll be placed on the waitlist for the next one.
